The assessment engine behind Physio Karma — for your clinic.
A deterministic clinical rules engine, red-flag detection, instrument tracking and structured reports. Built for owner-operated physiotherapy practices.
Clinical decision support, end to end.
Patients are automatically routed to neuro, ortho, vestibular or mixed pathways from their intake answers.
Cauda equina, stroke window and cardiac chest-pain rules fire instantly and demand escalation — nothing slips.
Hospital-grade PDF reports with clinic header, differential, findings and a full audit trail.
Capture Bobo balance, fNIRS and MMT directly into the record and chart them over time.
Every session builds a patient timeline, so progress and regression are visible at a glance.
Track resolution rates, red-flag frequency and instrument trends across your whole clinic.
Built for evidence-led practices.
Single-site practices that want hospital-grade rigour without an enterprise IT team.
Consistent assessment quality across every clinician, with shared audit trails.
Neuro, sports and paediatric centres that already run instruments and want them in the record.
How deployment works
- Discovery. We map your current intake and exam workflow and your instruments.
- Rulebook fit. Your care paths and red-flag thresholds are configured in the YAML rulebook.
- Pilot. A small group of clinicians runs live consults; reports and dashboards go live.
- Rollout. The whole clinic moves over, with training and an audit-ready trail from day one.
Frequently asked questions
Does the AI make clinical decisions?
No. A deterministic rules engine is authoritative for all clinical output. The optional AI advisory layer is clearly badged, informational only, and never overrides the rules engine.
Can we keep our own care paths?
Yes — care paths, must-ask questions and red-flag expressions are all defined in a YAML rulebook that we configure to your practice.
What about our existing instruments?
Bobo balance, fNIRS and manual muscle testing are supported out of the box, with structured fields and charting. Others can be added.
Is patient data auditable?
Every clinical recommendation carries its source tag, and every report includes a full audit trail with rulebook version and the clinician who generated it.
